1. WHAT DATA IS COLLECTED AND WHY?

We collect personal data for a number of reasons. When you have purchaged a group programm and or bought an article on our Webshop Eindhoven. Or left your data at Brandstore Eindhoven, asked for advice regarding permits for events or when you visit our website or contact us, we may – depending on the reason – collect the following data:

1.1. Newsletters Park Hilaria

The event Park Hilaria is organised by Eindhoven247 and sends newsletters by email. We use the personal data you share with us when you are a GLOW sponsor or partner. These newsletters are aimed at sharing knowledge. We collect your first name and email address when you complete a sponsor or partner contract or fill in a form on Park Hilaria’s website. You may also have received a personal invitation to subscribe, or may be invited to do so in writing.

1.2. Fairground operators Park Hilaria

When the festival enters into a partnership with a company, this company will be considered an ‘Fairground operator’ of the event. If your company is interested in becoming an operator, is already an operator has been an operator of Park hilaria in the past, we may use your data for customer relations, such as invitations for a meeting considering the event.

1.3. Google Analytics

Eindhoven247 collects your data for:

·         Strictly necessary purposes: this data is essential for the proper functioning of the website.

·         Functional purposes: this data serves to improve and simplify the user experience. This data is anonymous, and no personal data is stored in the process. This may include your choice of language on the website, the length of your visit or which pages you visit.

·         Performance-related purposes: by using cookies through Google Analytics, the festival is able to better understand how many visitors use the GLOW Eindhoven website, how users found the website and which parts of the website are popular.

1.4. Job applications

When you apply for a job at Eindhoven247, we use your personal data to process your application.

2. WHERE DO WE STORE YOUR DATA?

The data collected and processed by Eindhoven247 is managed by the following parties.

2.1. Gmail

Gmail hosts the organisation's email traffic. If you contact us by email, any relevant messages are stored on Gmail’s servers.

2.2. Google Drive

Contracts containing your personal data are stored on Google Drive.

2.3. Content Management System website

Your personal data, such as name, email and company name, are stored in our online content management system of the Eindhoven247 website.

2.4. MailChimp

The newsletters or invitions are sent through MailChimp. At the time you become an relation of Eindhoven247, your first name and email address are stored in the appropriate list of the CRM system. MailChimp subsequently uploads this data from the CRM system to be able to send the newsletter.

3. HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR DATA?

We store your data for a certain period of time but never longer than is necessary for the purpose for which we keep your data, unless we are legally obliged to retain your data for a longer period.

3.1. Newsletters

We store your (first name and) email address for as long as you are a partner, relation of operator of Eindhoven247. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the link at the bottom of the newsletter.

3.2. Fairground operators Park Hilaria

We store the data of our operators for as long as we need to carry out the activities set out in this privacy policy, unless we are legally obliged to retain your data for a longer period.

3.3. Google Analytics

Google Analytics collects anonymous data, this information is therefore not linked to your name, company or email address. Google Analytics stores this data for a maximum of 26 months.

3.4. Job applications

The data you provide in respect of your job application is stored for four weeks after we communicated the result of your job application. If you agree that your data is stored for a longer period in respect of any other job vacancies, your data is stored for one year.

4. HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR DATA?

Data is digitally stored in the above-mentioned systems and software. The personal data managed by the festival or by the aforementioned third parties can only be accessed via this software and is password protected. Only the festival employees for whom this is necessary to allow the organization to function properly have access. In addition, every person who has access to the data has an obligation of confidentiality.

Furthermore, your visits to our website are secured by an SSL certificate, this security can be recognized by the green lock in front of the URL. This means that the connection to the website is private.

5. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE THESE RIGHTS?

5.1. Right of inspection

You may always inspect your personal data that has been recorded and stored by Eindhoven247.

5.2. Right of rectification

If your details are incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to have this rectified by Eindhoven247.

5.3. Right to data portability

If you need your data that is stored by Eindhoven247 and you want to transfer it to another party or service, you have the right to transfer. We then have to transfer all your data to that other party.

5.4. Right of removal

When you no longer wish your data to be stored by us,  you have the right to have your data erased.

5.5. Right to complain

If you feel that Eindhoven247 does not process your data in the proper manner, we encourage you to first contact us. Of course, you do have the right to file a complaint directly with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
