Acquisition of international sports events
Eindhoven247 is proactively committed to attracting large-scale international sporting events. These events inspire people to be more active and to participate in sports.
The International Sports Events Acquisition Officer maintains national and international contacts with sports associations, federations, and stakeholders in the sports events industry. In addition, the Acquisition Officer supports bid processes and advisory plans in coordination with NOC*NSF, the Province of North Brabant (BrabantSport), and the B5 municipalities of Breda, Helmond, Eindhoven, s-Hertogenbosch, and Tilburg. All these activities take place in close collaboration with the Municipality of Eindhoven’s Sports Department and align with the 2021–2025 Sports and Exercise Vision.
