The Events Vision, adopted by the City Council in 2021, outlines the direction Eindhoven aims to take as an events city and defines which types of events are suitable for Eindhoven. If your event meets these criteria, you can apply for financial support using this application form. To apply for a subsidy, you need E-recognition level 3. The subsidy program sets several financial caps for different categories, such as sports, culture, and others. Eindhoven247 provides advice on subsidy applications based on the events subsidy program and then forwards the applications, along with its recommendations, to the Economy & Culture Department of the municipality of Eindhoven. The municipality of Eindhoven decides whether a subsidy will be granted and, if so, how much.
