Park Hilaria off to a flying start with spectacular new attractions

A busy opening weekend, 120,000 enthusiastic visitors and, above all, an overwhelming number of positive reactions to the new attractions. Park Hilaria 2026 got off to an excellent start this weekend. Until Sunday, 9 August, Eindhoven's Kennedylaan has once again been transformed into the largest temporary amusement park in the Netherlands, where thrills, entertainment and a vibrant summer atmosphere come together.

This year's edition features two outstanding new attractions. The first is Infinity, a spectacular crowd-puller that takes visitors up to 65 metres into the air, combining speed, height and breathtaking 360-degree movements into a ride that challenges even the most experienced thrill-seekers.

Equally impressive is the new attraction Kanurah. While Infinity is all about pure adrenaline, Kanurah stands out because of its immersive experience. Visitors enter a mysterious temple and are drawn into an adventure through an impressive pre-show, spectacular lighting effects, immersive sound and captivating storytelling that feels as though it belongs in a modern theme park. By combining storytelling with spectacular ride technology, Kanurah demonstrates how Park Hilaria continues to innovate year after year.

The return of Gladiator has also generated tremendous excitement. This towering booster ride launches visitors to heights of up to 62 metres at speeds of up to 110 km/h, making it one of Park Hilaria's long-standing crowd favourites.

After an absence of seventeen years, the iconic haunted house Spuk has also returned to Eindhoven. This unique attraction appears at only a handful of Dutch funfairs and appeals both to fans of horror attractions and to visitors who fondly remember its previous appearances.

Alongside its spectacular thrill rides, Park Hilaria is above all a destination where families can enjoy a full day out together. With dozens of children's and family attractions, inviting outdoor terraces, a wide range of food and drink options, and daily live entertainment at Hollario Music Square, there is something for every generation. It is precisely this combination that has made Park Hilaria one of the region's favourite summer events for families for many years.
