Registering an event

Each year, you can register your event in a public space from July through September 30 for inclusion in the event reservation calendar for the following calendar year. This helps us identify and address potential bottlenecks early—such as crowding, popular locations, parking, and planned roadwork.

Event reservation calendar 2026

The deadline for registering your event for the 2026 event reservation calendar has passed (October 1, 2025), but there is still space available for small events at some locations. In consultation with the municipality and its partners, we can check if there is still space available for your event. After registering for the 2025 event reservation calendar, we will contact you about this. There are no more options for 2025 at Karpendonkse Plas, Stadhuisplein, Stadswandelpark, and 18 Septemberplein locations.

Permit application

Please note: registering an event does not mean you have applied for a permit, nor does it guarantee approval. The reservation calendar is intended for coordination and planning purposes only; the actual permit must be applied for later with the Municipality of Eindhoven. Registering an event is not the same as applying for a permit. In addition, the event reservation calendar is not used for promotional purposes.

Location profiles

New this year: the location profiles have been revised. Please take into account changes to visitor limits, noise regulations, and other conditions specific to each location. In January 2026, you will be informed whether or not your event has been placed on the calendar. After that, you can apply for a permit with the Municipality of Eindhoven.
